【摘要】:Thispracticepermitsananalysttocomparethegeneralperformanceofaninstrument,asitisbeingusedinaspecificspectrophotometricmethod,withtheperformanceofinstrumentsusedindevelopingthemethod.1.1Thispracticecoversthedescriptionofrequirementsofspectrophotometricperformance,especiallyfortestmethods,andthetestingoftheadequacyofavailableequipmentforaspecificmethod(forexample,qualificationforagivenapplication).Thetestsgiveameasurementofsomeoftheimportantparameterscontrollingresultsobtainedinspectrophotometricmethods,butitisspecificallynottobeconcludedthatallthefactorsininstrumentperformancearemeasured,orinfactmayberequiredforagivenapplication.1.1.1Thispracticeisprimarilydirectedtodispersivespectrophotometersusedfortransmittancemeasurementsratherthaninstrumentsdesignedfordiffusetransmissionanddiffusereflection.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
