【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmolecularmass(MM)averagesandthedistributionofmolecularmassesforlinearatacticpolystyreneofnarrowmolecularmassdistribution(MMD)ranginginmolecularmassesfrom2000g/molto35000g/molbymatrixassistedlaserdesorption/ionizationtime-of-flightmassspectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS).Thistestmethodisnotabsoluteandrequirestheuseofbiopolymersforthecalibrationofthemassaxis.TherelativecalibrationoftheintensityaxisisassumedtobeconstantforanarrowMMD.Generally,thisisviewedascorrectifthemeasuredpolydispersityislessthan1.2forthemolecularmassrangegivenabove.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
